Chapter 710 A Sudden Situation!!! (1)

The family heads next to him didn’t hear the threat as Andrew had only threatened one family head, but they still gloated in the misery of the family head.

None knew about Andrew’s threat, but they knew that the cruel killing of the Sun Elf a moment earlier was a warning to the man’s family head. The smaller the number of families, the more the resource would get distributed in the other branches of the Asquith family, so the majority of the family only hoped for Andrew to punish the respective family by eliminating them.

The Sun Elves were too powerful to care about the death of one of the top noble families, so the feeling of betrayal toward other races never rose in their hearts.

“Contact the Sunlight Elves in the Primal dimension,” Andrew knew what the other family heads were thinking in their time, but he had no time to care about them. He was only focused on his son and worried about his safety. After he learned that the quality of the talisman was only ordinary, the worry for William rose even more in his heart.

The ordinary-grade traveling talisman would allow William to stay for a hundred years of the Sacred dimension time in the Primal dimension, and it would restrict the cultivation of the traveler to late Immortal.

Hundred years weren’t much for people like Andrew, but it was one hundred thousand years in the Primal dimension, and anything could happen to him there since his cultivation would be stuck at late Immortal all those years.

“Your grace, we have an emergency,” A guard suddenly came rushing to Clint, forgetting the order of restriction of anyone’s entry to his chambers unless he called.

Clint’s face turned ugly as he never expected his bodyguard to break the order. The guard was his childhood friend, but since he had broken his command, Clint decided to forget his friendship and kill the guard.

Since the guard was Clint’s friend, he wanted at least to know the reason behind the man breaking his order. He clearly heard the word emergency in the guard’s statement, but he didn’t care for it since his mental situation wasn’t right. The pressure attacking him in the presence of William broke his mental calm, so he subconsciously decided to vent his anger on the man.

The guard knew what he did was wrong, so when Clint turned around, there was already a sword at the guard’s neck. It wasn’t Clint but the guard himself who did it.

“Your grace, the information is too big to care for your order. Your servant knows he has done wrong, so I will commit suicide after telling you the news,” The guard respectfully stated.

Clint’s lips twitched as he angrily told the guard first to inform him of the news and discuss about his survival later.

“Your grace, the communicator has suddenly rung, and it is still ringing,” The guard announced, resulting in Clint almost stumbling to the ground.

“Are you sure?” Clint asked as he couldn’t believe it. He understood what communicator the guard was talking about. His body almost trembled as only around an hour ago, he had met a Sun Elf, and now there was a communication attempt from the Sun Elves.

Since the communicator was still ringing, Clint didn’t wait for the answer from the guard and teleported straight away to the prayer hall, where the communicator was put.

“Thud!”

The next moment, a crashing sound rang in the air as the guard’s head fell to the ground while his sword had disintegrated into nothingness. Even though the news was significant, the guard still broke the rule set by Clint, so he punished the man by sending him to his death.

In the prayer hall, there was a statue spanning over the height of three hundred meters, while it covered a radius of around a hundred meters.

The statue looked lifelike, as if the man in it was himself standing there. The man was none other than the progenitor of the Sunlight Elves. A gentle expression adorned the face of the statue.

Next to the statue, a glass case was floating. The glass case contained a spherical object. If someone were to look closely, the people would see a pattern of a Dragon imprinted there. In place of dragon eyes, there were two black switches that could be pushed.

The spherical core was currently releasing a sound that looked almost like a Dragon Roar, but the intensity wasn’t even close to a Wyrm, their low-blooded descendants.

A nervous expression appeared on Clint’s face as he took a drop of his blood out of his pocket space and made a pattern similar to the one imprinted on the sphere on the glass case.

Clint’s hands were moving so fast that it wasn’t possible for even an Immortal to witness it. In no time, the pattern was over. The next moment, Clint uttered a syllable in Ancient Elvish.

The next moment, the pattern on the glass case lightened up, and not long after, it opened up. The next moment, Clint had to stabilize his foot as the roar-like sound releasing from the sphere grew severalfold after opening the glass case.

Clint then took a deep breath and pushed the switch on the sphere. He pressed the button in place of the left eye.

Suddenly, the sphere forcefully left Clint’s control and flew into the air.

The next moment, the sphere started expanding up and molding. It only stopped when it took shape of a square screen spanning even bigger than the statue.

The next moment, the screen lightened up, and a being presented itself in front of Clint.

Suddenly, Clint felt a large wave of pressure descending on him and was forced to kneel on the ground with his head crashing to the hard surface. Fortunately for Clint, he was a peak Immortal with pseudo divinity, so the material failed to hurt his head.

“I am Clint Clarence, the head of the Clarence family and the Sunlight Elves!”

“I ask for forgiveness to make your grace wait so long.”

“What orders do you have for this lowly servant, your grace?”

Clint, ignoring the pressure, greeted the being on the screen.
