Chapter 341 - Crash

Chapter 341 – Crash

The six hours for the first group of customers in Panagea was over, so the system began forcing them out one by one as their duration got completed.

After all the customers had gotten out of the portal room, Aakesh ordered the second group of 150 customers to enter Panagea. Those who didn\'t have cards at this moment had already paid for their stay in Panagea, so they didn\'t need to pay right now.

"I want to go again," One woman, who looked to be in her thirties, commented with a hint of desire in her voice.

"I want that too, but it\'s the rule set by the store owner, and he had never changed any rule for anyone," The friend responded with a disappointed sigh.

"I know. I just wish the store owner would allow us to stay in there for more time," The woman responded while a sigh escaped her mouth.

"What level did you reach?" The friend stopped talking about the things that weren\'t in their hands and instead asked her friend about her level in Panagea.

Hearing the question, a beautiful proud smile spread across the woman\'s face, but the next moment she hid it before her friend could notice it. She then answered her friend\'s question with a disappointed sigh, "I just reached Level 11 today. what level are you currently at?"

A vein popped out of the friend\'s head, seeing the look her friend had made while answering the question. \'Why did I even ask the question? How can I not know her personality?\' She cursed in her heart. At that moment, she wanted to beat the shit out of her best friend.

"I am only at Level 7," The friend answered after calming down.

"Thud!"

While conversing about Panagea, both the friends had forgotten about their surroundings and traveled straight without looking who was in front, left, or right.

Suddenly, the friend crashed into somebody on the street and fell to the ground.

The duo that had been fully engraved into the conversation about Panagea finally came around after the friend fell.

The woman decided to ignore the stranger and help her friend first.

"Are you alright?" The woman asked her friend. Since both of them were Soul Formation, the friend couldn\'t get injured by just a simple fall, so the friend shook her head and stood up.

The woman then extended her hand to help the stranger, but couldn\'t help but get surprised as she noticed that there was no one there.

"Where did the stranger-"

"What was the thing you were talking about?"

The woman asked her friend with a surprised look on her face, but her question was cut off in between, as the duo heard a cold female voice right next to their ears, and it sent a chill down their spine.

The woman and the friend stayed frozen for a few seconds as if they had seen something horrible.

"What was the thing you two were talking about?"

They only came around when the same question rang in their ears.

Even though they felt the voice threatening enough to make them shudder, they also noticed that the tone was of curiosity instead of an order.

The duo turned to their left and finally saw the owner of the cold voice.

From the voice, the owner sounded like a girl, but since the stranger had worn a cloak that completely hid their body from face to toe, the duo couldn\'t be sure of the gender.

"What was the thing you two were talking about?" The stranger, seeing the duo staring at them without answering anything, asked the question for the third time. This time the voice contained a hint of irritation.

If not for her wanting to stay hidden, she would\'ve already forced the duo to answer her question.

Her name was Carla. She didn\'t want to stand out in any way, and she didn\'t want to alert anyone since she wasn\'t a human and there was also a grave threat looming around her. But hearing the duo chattering about some world and levels, she couldn\'t help but get curious to know.

"Senior, we were talking about…," The woman, sensing the irritation in the stranger\'s voice, didn\'t dare to stay silent and told them everything she knew about Panagea.

The stranger, learning about the Panagea, couldn\'t help but get shocked, but since a cloak had hidden the entirety of her, the duo couldn\'t see what expression she was making.

\'Isn\'t this what I wanted?\' Carla thought in her heart as she learned about Panagea.

Carla was only twenty-six this year, and she had already reached the late Tao Manifestation. Her identity wasn\'t simple, she was the princess of an Empire on the other continent, and it had fallen six years ago.

If not for her mother, she would\'ve never survived. Due to the war, the Emperor, her father had sent them to space cracks that had their destinations set at a secret space where if ever the Empire were to fall, they could recuperate.

Unfortunately for Carla, her luck wasn\'t good. Before she could safely teleport to the secret space, her father died and wasn\'t able to make the space stable, which in turn threw her into a storm.

Due to being a late Tao Manifestation level cultivator, and having an Immortal-grade protection amulet her mother, the Empress, had given her on her first birthday, she survived the storm that could even kill peak Tao Palace experts.

She didn\'t even know for how long she had stayed in the storm as there was no way to mark time there. Since she had already reached a level where Tao had germinated, she did not need fresh air to breathe, nor did Carla need food to eat, so she didn\'t die of hunger and suffocation in the space storm. The only issue was that she wasn\'t able to sleep for as long as she stayed there.

Finally, a few days earlier, the storm had thrown her here. The moment she landed on the land, she had fallen asleep as her body had already crossed the exhaustion limit. It was only due to the strong will that she had persisted.

Carla had slept for three days straight.. After waking up, she found out about the place where she was and for how long she had stayed in the space storm since the day and night were the same no matter where in Visteerna.
