Chapter 158 - 1 Sec:1 Day
Chapter 158: 1 sec:1 day
Since many in the store had arrived for the first time, Aakesh first explained about the Panagea to the crowd to show them the value of the territory.
If it was any other event, he wouldn\'t have cared to explain the value of the reward, but this event was the last of the three-day events, and the result of his quest was dependent upon the number of participants.
Getting even a single participant less than 476 would not only require him to forget the bonus reward, but he would lose the quest. So he couldn\'t act as usual.
After many high-level beings heard about Panagea, surprised expressions appeared on their faces.
Creating a world that acted by its rule and irrespective of the actual cultivation level of the being, they would start as an ordinary being in the Panagea wasn\'t even possible for beings who had attained divinity.
In addition, anyone who entered Panagea had unlimited revivals and could grow powerful without worrying about death.
After finally seeing some changes in the majority of the faces who could splurge money to participate, Aakesh nodded. He still knew that it wasn\'t enough to make them willingly participate since they could enter Panagea even without participating in the event.
"The participants who won the three territories would have complete authority over their lands in the Panagea, except the red marks," After Panagea, Aakesh started explaining about the reward.
"The red markings in the virtual projection signifies the danger. The darker the mark, the more dangerous that location would be, but since the riskier the adventure, the better the reward, so the darker red markings would give better rewards after clearing it," Aakesh announced while pointing at the red markings on the three virtual projections.
After Aakesh explained about the red marks, the crowd noticed that the green virtual projection had the maximum number of red markings, but they weren\'t dark in color. Only around 10% of the total marks were dark.
The blue virtual projection had the least number of red markings, but it had 100% of its markings darker in color, signifying each location was dangerous, but so were their rewards better than the other two.
"Since you can take out anything you gain in Panagea, so every resource you win or create in the territories can be taken out in the actual world for its use."
There was no special reaction in the majority of the higher-level beings after hearing that because many of those who came here belonged to influential families in their respective Kingdom or Empires. But those who had no background felt that their time would come if they won any of the territories.
Aakesh ignored their reactions and continued his announcement. "The resources that may have low value in Panagea may not necessarily be low level in the Primal dimension. For example, the currency of the Panagea is Soul stones. Even the low Soul stones contains more energy than superior Primal stones. Panagea is a world where you would meet beings from three dimensions, so they had a different value for resources than the people living here."
Those who had entered Panagea had no change in their reactions since they had witnessed the battle between the creatures belonging to races many had never heard. The group of Elves and the couple of George and Evelyn had even seen the beings who only resided in the second or third dimensions, while those who had not entered Panagea didn\'t have the same reaction.
Many in the crowd wanted to ask questions, but the memory of the store owner warning the man who had disturbed him still remained in their memories, so no one dared to ask anything and interrupt him.
A few minutes later, Aakesh concluded the details of the rewards. Everyone had excited and eager expressions on their faces since they couldn\'t wait for the event to start and win one of three territories in the end.
"Those who want to participate in the event raise their hands and take out fifteen top Primal stones in their hands," Aakesh announced, bringing a look of astonishment on everybody\'s faces.
The crowd wasn\'t astonished by the high price, as they were the previous times, but instead, the price was too low to consider for the scale of the event.
Aakesh ignored their reactions since the system decided the price of this event. For a being like the system, who even knew about Devas, this creation wasn\'t anything at all.
Many in the crowd raised their hands right away. Several times more people raised their hands than Aakesh had hoped for the entire event in less than a moment.
Since 15 top Primal stones weren\'t anything of value to the beings above Void Forging, all of them raised their hands to participate.
Aakesh counted and found 128,642 participants in only a second, and the next second the number of participants doubled.
Aakesh waited for a few more seconds when suddenly he got a suggestion from the system.
[Host, since this is your last event, why not open the event for anybody to participate at any time they want to until the dawn arrives.]
Because there would be a time dilation for the event, the system suggested Aakesh.
The time ratio between Visteerna and the store will differ when the event starts. One second would pass in the real world, but one day would pass in the store. It was impossible for anyone starting from a mortal body to defeat the commander in the golden dungeon in the timespan of hours. At least decades, if not millennia, would be required to grow to the level of the leader, so the system had no choice but to increase the time rate of the store.
Since many in the store were even below the cultivation level of Soul Formation, the system had to make them immune to the time change in the store. If it only took around a few decades for the first participant to complete the event, it would still be a big portion of their lifespan for those who were Soul Formation.
Aakesh announced what the system had suggested to him to the crowd sitting in the store.. Anyone who decides to participate only needed to raise their hands, and the next moment they would appear on the platform for participating.
