BXBX NOVEL Chapter 1056: The Wizards Reveal Their True Colors
With a single swing from both of Elayne\'s blades, a wave of pure holy light surged, slashing and burning through it all.
Ashhand, within the few seconds he could respond, quickly conjured his strongest barrier, combining his various elements with demonic power.
"You fool! Do you think you can actually slay a Wizard such as myself after-"
BOOOM!
Planta\'s attack, however, was much stronger than the wizard could have ever imagined. After being able to easily shield against the strongest blows from monsters, the old pervert could not have imagined that Planta\'s sword techniques could have easily blown up his barrier into pieces.
Crack, crack…!
CRASH!
The barrier shattered into countless of fragments, as the ray of pure light engulfed the old man. With no protection, the light burned through his body, golden flames encompassing him completely. His screams of agony reverberated across the laboratory.
"Uuggh…! H-How is it possible for someone at your Circle Rank to be capable of- Ugh…! To hurt me this much?!"
Ashhand desperately stepped back in horror as he conjured myriads of spells against Planta, or well, Elizabeth, at once! Giant spiraling crimson ice spears, hundreds of demonic flame swords, and demonic blood wind blades rushed towards her.
However, Planta moved forwards relentlessly, her sword techniques and a sudden barrier of light and spiritual energies around her body easily shielded her against all spells!
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
"W-What? No damage at all?!"
The prideful demonic wizard could simply not believe his eyes as he saw Planta rush through all obstacles, her sword attacks unleashing several slashing waves together, cutting through his spells and then breaking his barrier again.
CRASH!
As the barrier shattered into countless of pieces, Planta rushed down, her pink hair fluttering by the wind. The wizard panicked, more and more tentacles surged from his body, as his robes were torn to shreds, revealing his aberrant form.
An octopus-like body, composed of tentacles covered on eyes and jaws, and a single, gigantic eye in the middle of his chest! Elayne couldn\'t believe the man they\'ve been talking this whole time could be hiding such an hideous form!
"You\'re dead, demonic cultist!"
However, she was merciless. She had grown to be ruthless a while ago, people that meddled with demons to this degree were simply not to be trusted and were truly evil!
They were no longer humans now, but demonic monsters, their minds and souls corrupted and twisted. The act of killing itself was painful for her, but when it came to completely evil beings…
She simply didn\'t feel any remorse!
"You\'ll dare face me head-on, you foolish girl?!" roared Ashhand." I was stupid to think you would join me! I wanted that delicious body of yours, I was going to make you into my breeding concubine, but I suppose there\'s no helping it! YOU\'LL DIE NOW, ELIZABETH!"
"Is that so?"
Planta couldn\'t believe how twisted a human being could grow, to act and speak in such a manner. It was simply the work of demons themselves. Embodiments of sins and negative energy. Yet she couldn\'t say Ashhand was being manipulated.
It was his own greed and desire for endless power that brought him to become this aberration. And she would not hesitate to slay aberrations!
"I\'m glad, it means I can kill you without any remorse."
"You speak too highly for someone that just knows some magic swordsmanship, DIE!"
With a maniac laughter, the wizard\'s tentacles attacked Planta at once, each one as hard as the strongest metals, with sharp, spear-like tips. Each blow was as if Planta was being attacked by a powerful, almost indestructible spear.

However, her armor held off just fine, even more when combined with her Dragon Scales, she ignored all the attacks at once and quickly unleashed a myriad of swordsmanship techniques.
"No damage at all?!" Ashhand spat saliva in disbelief.
"{Star Fall}"
Planta\'s Aura fluctuated, encompassing her entirely in an eruption of pure and holy light, fused with spiritual energies, her sword movements became precise and dexterous, as she stabbed the aberration dozens of times within mere seconds.
Each attack resembled a falling star, exploding to create a glittering effect, which in turn further damaged her foe by burning through their skin! It was complete and utter torture!
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
"Uuuuaaaarrrgghh!"
The wizard was unable to fight back, each one of his limbs were immediately cut and torn to shreds, blood and miasma splattering everywhere! The attacks continued, as Planta rapidly crushed any attempt of defense, destroying his barrier conjuration attempts and slashing any spell he created.
"S-Stop…! Please stop!"
Ashhand began asking for mercy when not even thirty seconds have passed since their sudden confrontation! His entire lower body had been slashed apart, only remaining his old, skinny torso, the old man kept vomiting blood.
Fighting a man at this level would have been a completely different challenge in the past, but Planta had recently evolved and gained tremendous strength.
She was not the same as before.
"I don\'t have time to listen to a monster!"
With a rapid dash, she appeared above Ashhand like a flash of bright golden light, both of her swords overflowed with holy light and spiritual energies.
"{Divine Execution}"
With both swords in hand, she fell down over the wizard\'s body, stabbing his head and his chest with her swords and quickly unleashing an explosion of light inside of his squirming, agonizing body.
BOOOM!
Everything turned into light in that moment, as Ashhand wasn\'t even able to scream before he died! He was unable to even wonder what was happening, nor even ask for any more mercy.
There was nothing else than pile of burnt bones and ashes below Elizabeth.
The other dozens of wizards within the laboratory were left utterly flabbergasted, everything had happened too fast!
Ashhand had brought the pupils here to convince them to join the cult or just use a demonic parasite to convince them forcefully…
Yet, what happened was beyond everyone\'s wildest dreams.
He was killed, by his own pupil!
"M-Master…?" Tomas muttered, in complete disbelief. "W-What happened… Why is… Eh?"
"K-Kill them…"
"Quickly! Call reinforcements!"
"Stop them! QUICKLY!"
The wizards immediately moved into action, over twenty of them flying towards Planta and her party.
